Please note that all purchases made with us are final. We currently do not offer any return or exchange services. As a growing startup, we are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent customer service, but at this stage, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ‘pahadicode@gmail.com’ so we can look into the issue and assist you accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

At Pahadi Code, every order is prepared with love and care, bringing you the purest herbs and wellness products from the heart of the Himalayas. As a small and passionate startup, each order truly means a lot to us.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we begin preparing your parcel for dispatch and are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Please note:

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
  • If your order is successfully cancelled, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
